I'm Hollie, I'm a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with a extensive background in Health and Wellbeing. I gained my Masters Degree in Health and Wellbeing in 2019, after studying in the field since 2010 following from graduating college with a background in Sports & Sports Coaching.
I'm really passionate about holistic approaches to wellbeing and health, looking at the whole picture and treating my clients as individuals - not one shoe fits all!
I've used this approach during my time coaching sports and weight loss, and I'm now implementing it into my massage therapies.
It's important for me to address the whole person while treating my clients. This involves paying attention to where the client is physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I specialise in Sports Massage, which can be one of the most effective means for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculoskeletal system.
Let me help you prevent overuse injuries, reduce pain and stiffness and relieve tensions in muscles that may lead to stresses on joints, ligaments and tendons.
